When reporting a technical issue, please include as much detail as possible — what you were trying to do, what happened instead, the device and browser you were using, and any error messages you saw. Screenshots are always helpful.
Disputes and ownership claims
If you believe an item registered on SerialCheck belongs to you, or if you've received a notification about an ownership dispute, please use the dispute form on the item's alert page. This ensures your claim is processed through the proper channel and reviewed promptly.
